Paul C Delrue - Bookbinder

New and Replacement Bindings
Whether the original binding is damaged or not, you may like to have a replacement binding for your book - perhaps to make it a little special or personalised or maybe as a gift for someone special. A new binding could be in a traditional style such as half leather with raised bands to the spine, or it could be a more contemporary cloth binding.

If you have written and printed your own book or have a unbound book you would like binding, we can create something to meet your expectations - whether that is a simple case binding or something that little bit special. Get in touch and lets have a conversation.

A new binding for a favourite book. The original covers have been used as part of the design of the accompanying slip case.

A wide choice of materials are available for your new binding - including leathers, book cloths and hand marbled decorative papers. The style could be traditional or contemporary.

For old or new books without bindings, new boards will be created ready for covering in your choice of materials.

What To Do Next . . .
Contact Paul by telephone or by e-mail to discuss your requirements with absolutely no obligation if you decide not to proceed. Explain what your book is and what your ideal binding would look like (if you have a preference) including any thoughts on colours and/or materials to be used. Think about whether you would like a protective slip-case or box for your book. Be open about what your budget would be so we can explore an affordable solution which meets your expectations as closely as possible.
